EQUIPMENT:
All outdoor vendors bringing a tent shall have appropriate weights to secure it and are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, and chairs for their display. All equipment must be set up 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event. Vehicles allowed in vendor area for setup and tear down only, vehicles to be relocated to volunteer parking area after unloading and not returned to vendor area while visitors are present. Vendors are responsible for their own property and for furnishing and removing their own tents, tables, chairs and cleanup of area. At no time will Outback Alpacas, LLC be responsible for damage to property, rental equipment, or displays.
CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPH/ VIDEO TAPE and DISSEMINATE WITHOUT COMPENSATION:
I hereby give my consent to be photographed, video recorded or broadcast live while participating in any activity offered by the Outback Alpacas, LLC. In addition, I consent to the reproduction and use of any such photographs and videos by Outback Alpacas, LLC for educational,
public relations, or promotional purposes. I waive any claim by myself, or anyone claiming under or through me, for compensation of any kind in exchange for such photographs, videos and use thereof.
TAXES:
Vendor shall withhold and/or pay local, state and federal taxes required of it, including without limitation, all State sales taxes due from the sale of the Vendor’s products at Outback Alpacas, LLC.
SOUND DEVICES:
The use of devices for mechanical reproduction of sound or music is permitted, within reason. Sound of any kind must not be projected outside the confines of the vendor’s booth. Voice and/or music amplification must be kept to a sufficiently low volume so as not to disturb other vendors or attendees. Live entertainment at a booth space is prohibited unless permission has been secured from Outback Alpacas, LLC prior to the start of the event.
CANCELLATION:
Notice of cancellations must be in writing and received 30 days prior to event. In the event of a vendor cancellation, 50% will be refunded if prior to 30 days of the scheduled event. No refunds will be made after the 30-day window. No refunds will be given due to the cancellation of the event
by an act of God, or a weather-related incident.
CONDUCT & CHARACTER:
Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative manner, while operating their booth during ALL hours of the scheduled event including set-up and tear-down. In the event of an emergency, vendors may request permission from Outback Alpacas, LLC to close early or open late without repercussions. Any other premature exit, or late start, without permission, may result in being blocked from participating in any and/or all future Outback Alpaca,LLC events. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by event organizers may result in expulsion. Furthermore any vendor deemed to be causing a scene, lecturing, making political statements or using this event as an avenue for a radical display will be expelled. All events at Outback Alpacas, LLC are family-friendly, nonpartisan events, and does not wish to include political, radical, or vulgar content of any kind. Event organizers also reserve the right to expel any organization that interacts with guests for commercial purposes that is not a registered vendor or sponsor, and any entertainer who is not sanctioned by Outback Alpacas, LLC.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
I acknowledge that I have received, read, and agree to abide by the procedures, rules, and requirements outlined in this Vendor Event Participation Agreement.
